You don’t have to share any details or stories if you don’t want to. We are here also in the silence of our own thoughts.
Our COMMUNITY will focus on validating experiences, providing resources for coping skills and techniques, and facilitating open and honest communication. We want to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing.
